Regional Manager – Multi‑Location Operations

About the role

Insurcomm is expanding its restoration and emergency‑response business across new markets. As a Regional Manager you will create and scale 3 to 6 service locations, own full P&L responsibility, and build high‑performing teams that deliver consistent, reliable outcomes for property owners and insurance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and lead regional business‑development initiatives to build a sustainable pipeline.
• Develop and execute operational plans that align with corporate growth objectives, safety standards, and budget constraints.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all locations, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Leverage Insurcomm’s shared technology platform to provide a seamless customer experience from first call to final walkthrough.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop local leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Maintain full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability monitoring, and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling multi‑location operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong business‑development acumen and ability to translate market insights into growth strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a hands‑on, player‑coach mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
