About the role
The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will support our New England and Mid‑Atlantic markets, partnering with Regional Vice Presidents and Market Operations Directors to translate people strategy into data‑driven programs. This senior individual contributor role requires residency within the region and extensive travel to multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic HR advisor to regional leadership, aligning workforce planning, leadership development, retention, and culture initiatives with operational goals.
- Use data, trends, and insights to design scalable interventions that address turnover, staffing models, and leadership gaps.
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of enterprise initiatives such as performance cycles, compensation reviews, org‑design changes, and HR system launches, ensuring field adoption.
- Build repeatable processes and operating rhythms that reduce manual effort and improve consistency across stores.
- Diagnose root causes of operational challenges and develop targeted, scalable solutions.
Required profile
- Significant multi‑unit HR Business Partner experience in QSR, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail.
- Proven ability to balance strategic influence with hands‑on execution in a complex hourly and salaried workforce.
- Strong judgment, business acumen, and operational understanding.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence senior leaders.
