About the role

The Regional Education Manager will lead the development, training, and coaching of Territory Sales Managers and retail partners across the Miami region. You will elevate product artistry, selling skills, and brand expertise through innovative, on‑brand learning experiences that drive measurable sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs that improve retail associate product knowledge, selling behaviors, and brand representation.
• Provide on‑floor coaching to boost artistry confidence, service excellence, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to identify training needs and create customized programs aligned with sales objectives.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for product, category, artistry, and selling skills, shaping educational content, videos, and digital modules.
• Prepare and lead training sessions for sales teams, retailers, and store staff, ensuring consistent, on‑brand delivery.
• Analyze business performance and POS data to develop targeted education plans that close performance gaps.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, sharing insights to maintain a competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training, coaching, or talent development within a retail or beauty environment.
• Strong product and category knowledge with the ability to translate expertise into effective curriculum.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Analytical mindset to assess performance data and adjust education strategies accordingly.
• Ability to travel within the region and deliver on‑site training sessions.
