Recruiter (Path to Head of Talent)

About the role

Join a fast‑moving consumer crypto‑trading startup as a Recruiter with a clear path to become Head of Talent. You will own the end‑to‑end recruiting process, partner directly with the founders, and help shape a systematic hiring engine as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting across multiple open roles and manage external recruiting partners.
• Source, identify, and map strong candidate pools for each position.
• Build detailed candidate profiles and evaluation criteria.
• Partner with founders to refine sourcing strategy, improve response times, and increase hiring efficiency.
• Transition the hiring process from intuition‑based to a repeatable, scalable system.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related function.
• Exposure to startups, venture capital, or quantitative‑style talent environments.
• Strong desire to specialize in talent and grow into a Head of Talent role.
• Highly organized, fast‑moving, and comfortable managing many moving parts.
• Bonus: experience recruiting for early‑stage startups or background in a venture firm or recruiting‑focused organization.

• Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $170,000 per year, plus equity.
