About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Carlisle, PA. You will own the full‑cycle hiring process for a range of industrial and warehouse positions, helping match the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source and screen both passive candidates and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing and ambiguous situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
