About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office in the beautiful Biltmore area of Phoenix. You will create a warm, efficient environment for clients, guests, and the team while supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet every visitor with a smile, eye contact and helpful demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, check on callers on hold and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked front office and manage mail distribution.
- Order office supplies and keep inventory organized.
- Assist Escrow, Title and Accounting departments with customer service and administrative tasks.
- Support overall office workflow and foster positive relationships with clients and staff.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and a customer‑service mindset.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a multi‑line phone system.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
