About the role
The Rebuild Project Manager leads the reconstruction phase of property restoration projects, ensuring quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and on‑time delivery. You will estimate rebuild jobs, negotiate with insurance carriers, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee project closeout.
Key responsibilities
- Secure and estimate rebuild/construction projects.
- Assign and coordinate subcontractors for each job.
- Monitor project schedules, quality, and profitability.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies or other pay sources.
- Manage customer supplements, change orders, and final walkthroughs.
- Assist with collections and project documentation as needed.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong background in residential construction or property restoration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to lift up to 25 lb.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of Xactimate (preferred but not required).
