Project Manager – Architectural Metal, Glass & Signage

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager / Project Engineer to lead high‑end architectural fabrication projects involving metal, glass systems, and signage. The role supports large‑scale contracts for major General Contractors and Construction Managers across the New York metropolitan area.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs, develop schedules and Gantt charts, and maintain project tracking sheets.
• Coordinate shop‑drawing development, revisions, and approvals with design and engineering teams.
• Solicit vendor pricing, assist senior management with estimating, and manage material purchasing.
• Arrange fabrication and delivery of samples, ensuring compliance with contract documents.
• Issue work orders to production, oversee manufacturing execution, and verify quality.
• Coordinate installation activities, prepare field reports, obtain client sign‑offs, and confirm acceptance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, architectural metal, glass systems, or signage.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Punctual, organized, and able to multitask across multiple active projects.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, details, and specifications.
