Program Coordinator – Early Childhood Health Center

About the role

The National Center on Health, Behavioral Health and Safety (NCHBHS) at Georgetown University seeks a Program Coordinator to support its Medical Center initiatives. The role involves managing product deliverables, coordinating social media outreach, and supporting project leadership across national early‑childhood health programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage webinars, training materials, PowerPoint presentations, and instructional video segments.
• Monitor and contribute to social media platforms, including MyPeers and Facebook, to disseminate resources.
• Assist co‑principal investigators with faculty, consultant, and vendor coordination, ensuring timely delivery of technical assistance and training.
• Collect and compile data for weekly, monthly, and annual reports on project activities and outcomes.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with the Prime Award team and technical assistance partners.
• Supervise an administrative assistant, overseeing note‑taking, scheduling, and report preparation.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Experience supporting research or technical‑assistance projects in early‑childhood or health settings.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
