About the role
As a Production Planning & Scheduling Coordinator at Nestlé’s Mechanicsburg pet‑food facility, you will manage daily and weekly production schedules, ensure fill‑rate targets are met, and support the flow of materials across the plant.
Key responsibilities
- Review planning reports each day and identify ordering requirements.
- Place orders promptly with vendors to secure timely delivery of supplies.
- Verify receiving documents for accuracy and confirm correct quantities for inventory tracking.
- Monitor in‑transit shipments continuously and follow up on any delays.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military, or related environment.
