Production Associate – Mat Roller (3rd Shift)

About the role

Cintas is looking for a Production Associate to work the 3rd shift as a Mat Roller in its Rental Division. The role focuses on evaluating, rolling, and staging cleaned customer floor mats for delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the quality of cleaned floor mats and ensure they meet standards.
• Safely load mats into a rolling machine, operate the equipment, and monitor the rolling process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Sort and place rolled mats in designated staging locations for customer delivery.
• Meet or exceed production standards to qualify for performance‑based incentive pay.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work safely near others for extended periods.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions for most of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, teamwork, safety orientation, adaptability, integrity, and customer focus.

Required skills

• Operating rolling machines for floor‑mat processing.
