Product Quality Consultant – San Jose

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Product Quality Consultant to join its Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) unit in San Jose. The role focuses on analyzing client processes, benchmarking, and supporting digital, cloud, and AI‑driven transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific insights.
• Work with technical teams to document system customizations, configurations, and draft standard operating procedures.
• Research third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, cost, and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation, address issues during setup and integration, and maintain SOPs to ensure system stability post‑implementation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and coordination abilities with a focus on process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to create detailed process maps and technical documentation.
• Proactive approach to benchmarking studies and product research.
