Product Partnerships Manager

About the role

Deel is looking for a Product Partnerships Manager to drive strategic collaborations with HRIS, payroll, fintech and other technology providers. You will shape integration opportunities that enhance Deel’s global payroll and HR platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, close, and manage strategic partnerships across HR, payroll, time‑tracking, expense, fintech, accounting and compliance ecosystems.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously scout for new product partnership opportunities.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing and Sales to design and launch partner integrations.
• Create clear partnership pitches, diagrams and Figma mockups to convey integration visions.
• Act as a technical liaison, translating business needs into API/SDK specifications and ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Measure and report on partner‑driven revenue, integration adoption and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing technology partnerships or product integrations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and partnership value.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and external negotiations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
