Product Manager – Pavement Markings

About the role

As a Product Manager for 3M's pavement marking portfolio, you will drive the global product strategy and collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide. This role is based on‑site at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN, and offers the chance to influence a critical infrastructure product line.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and refine the global product strategy for pavement marking solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, from development through market launch and performance monitoring.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and supply‑chain teams to enable product growth across regions.
• Coordinate with the global product strategy lead and area product managers to deliver critical programs.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed before start date.
• Minimum five years of marketing or product management experience in a private, public, government, or military setting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work on‑site at least four days per week.
• Master’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Experience with government transportation agencies is advantageous.
