Product Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for people who have built and shipped products – as a product manager, designer, engineer, or founder. A traditional engineering background is a plus but not required. You will own and drive metrics for one of our product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Talk to users daily, watch recordings and analyze funnels.
• Ship improvements quickly to production.
• Build v0 features and hand off more complex functionality.
• Contribute to people and process aspects, not just technology.
• Ensure the product aligns with vision and business goals.
• Help adopt AI building skills across all teams.

Required profile

• Ability to navigate user problems and solution space.
• Urgency to move fast and deliver immediate value.
• Experience building with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Devin.
• Good taste for product and design.
• Clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage many moving parts and prioritize quickly.
