Product Designer

About the role

Plot is looking for a Product Designer to help elevate the quality of its video‑first social listening platform while maintaining the rapid momentum that has driven early success. You will own end‑to‑end design work, shape AI‑driven workflows, and influence the overall design culture of a fast‑growing startup.

Key responsibilities

• Raise the bar on visual craft, interaction quality, and overall polish of core product experiences.
• Design AI‑first workflows that feel intuitive, useful, and trustworthy for enterprise users.
• Define and evolve design systems, patterns, and best practices across the product.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ship high‑quality, thoughtful features.
• Engage directly with customers to observe workflows, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated builder who thrives in a lean, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to make impactful product decisions.
• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS products, preferably with AI components.
• Comfortable working across the full design lifecycle from concept to shipped feature.
