Packaging Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Packaging Designer to join an apparel manufacturing company in New York. The role will involve creating visual concepts and assets for a range of product categories, ensuring they meet brand standards and production requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets across various product categories.
• Create and prepare design files for production using industry‑standard software.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams from concept through final execution.
• Ensure designs align with brand standards and project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Revise and update creative materials based on stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain organized files, documentation, and clear communication throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related design tools.
• Experience in graphic, packaging, or product‑related design.
• Strong understanding of layout, production processes, and file preparation.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in consumer‑facing industries is a plus.
