Processing Operator III – Seed Processing

About the role

We are seeking a Processing Operator III to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Parma, Idaho. The role involves operating seed processing equipment and ensuring production orders are fulfilled safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures for warehousing, conditioning, enhancement, treatment, and packaging/shipping of vegetable seeds.
• Measure seed materials accurately to meet manufacturing order specifications.
• Operate lift trucks and reach trucks to move seed and materials safely.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
• Train new employees on departmental processes.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, agricultural operations, or related fields.
• Ability to obtain internal certification for forklift and reach‑truck operation.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications, especially Microsoft Office.

Required skills

• Forklift and reach‑truck operation.
• Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
