Principal, Fund Reporting

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Principal to lead its Fund Reporting function within the Investment Distribution and Services (IDS) team. You will oversee the preparation and delivery of quarterly, semi‑annual and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review shareholder reports for adherence to GAAP, regulatory standards and Invesco policies.
• Provide quality‑assurance oversight for third‑party administrators (TPAs) and act as liaison between external auditors and TPAs.
• Represent Fund Reporting on Office of Fund CFO (OFCFO) committees and support committee objectives.
• Manage and resolve issues with TPAs and internal business partners, including error and incident reporting.
• Partner with senior principals on complex fund error resolution.
• Train and mentor Fund Reporting staff on best practices, new procedures and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Fund Reporting management and other IDS teams to continuously improve reporting processes.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in fund financial reporting or a similar finance function.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, regulatory filing requirements and investment‑company reporting standards.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, compliance, IDS teams and external service providers.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and experience managing complex issue resolution.
• Effective communication and training abilities for junior staff.
