About the role

Veeva is expanding its Quality Practice to help Life Sciences and Consumer Products companies bring safe, effective products to market faster. As a Principal Business Consultant you will lead large, complex global projects, drive strategic growth in the Consumer Products sector, and mentor high‑performing consulting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Veeva Business Consulting’s largest global projects, ensuring excellence across multiple teams.
• Own business development for the Quality Practice in Consumer Products, targeting and winning deals over $1M.
• Manage and mentor consulting teams, overseeing professional growth and delivery standards.
• Develop and promote industry‑leading thought leadership in Quality for Consumer Products.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve critical challenges.

Required profile

• 10+ years of management consulting experience focused on Consumer Products.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering $1M+ consulting engagements.
• Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and the Consumer Goods landscape.
• Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior‑level customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
