Adoreal is seeking a Practice Management Consultant to partner with plastic surgery clinics across the United States. This remote, high‑impact position blends strategic advisory, data‑driven growth planning, and hands‑on training to accelerate patient acquisition and improve conversion outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage Adoreal’s commercial programs within partner clinics to boost patient acquisition and conversion.
• Act as a fractional CEO for assigned clinics, overseeing day‑to‑day commercial operations and driving performance improvements.
• Provide hands‑on training to clinic staff on messaging, lead conversion, pricing narratives, and consultation best practices.
• Analyze clinic KPIs and performance data to identify business opportunities and guide retention strategies.
• Serve as a field feedback channel to product and development teams, ensuring platform innovation aligns with clinic needs.
