Pharmacist – In‑House Pharmaceutical Expert

About the role

VIGILINT is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to serve as the in‑house subject‑matter expert for pharmaceutical therapeutics. Reporting to the Director of Logistics, the pharmacist will lead all pharmacy activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company’s high‑stakes medical operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review medication orders, detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
• Compound, package, label, and dispense pharmaceuticals.
• Administer required vaccinations.
• Monitor drug therapies, advise on interventions, and control medication use.
• Direct pharmacy technicians, verify order entries, charges, and inspections.
• Provide pharmacological information to healthcare professionals and counsel patients.
• Maintain records for controlled substances, remove outdated or damaged drugs, and ensure current registrations.
• Stay informed on legislation, anticipate changes, and advise management on compliance actions.

Required profile

• United States citizenship.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum five years full‑time experience in a pharmacy setting.
