People Programs Coordinator

About the role

Sonos is looking for a People Programs Coordinator to help bring the employee experience to life. This hybrid role works across People Experience & Programs, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition to ensure employees feel welcomed, supported, and connected throughout their journey at Sonos.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with People Experience & Programs, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and cross‑functional teams to deliver a positive employee experience.
• Support and coordinate ongoing programs such as onboarding, off‑boarding, anniversary awards, and performance processes.
• Manage communications, scheduling, tracking, documentation, and other operational activities that keep People programs running smoothly.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships and serve as an approachable partner to employees and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders supporting People programs.
• Collaborate with HRIS and systems teams to simplify people processes and reporting.
• Explore and apply AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows and create scalable resources.
• Take on new projects and evolving priorities with curiosity and initiative.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in coordination, operations, customer‑facing, or a similar role.
• Quick learner comfortable picking up new tools, systems, and processes with minimal direction.
• Highly organized and adaptable with a track record of managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
• Strong communicator with natural presence and charisma, able to build relationships at all levels.
• Curious, proactive, and a practical, get‑things‑done mentality.
