Passenger Service Agent at LAX – $22.50 to $30.15 per hour

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Passenger Service Agents to join our team at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). In this customer‑facing position you will assist travelers throughout the check‑in and boarding process, ensuring a smooth and pleasant airport experience.

Key responsibilities

• Check‑in passengers, verify travel documents and assign seats.
• Provide gate information, make announcements and assist with boarding procedures.
• Operate self‑service kiosks and verify passenger identification.
• Handle baggage drop‑off, tag luggage and resolve baggage issues.
• Maintain organized work areas in the lobby, check‑in counters and gates.
• Follow safety, security and wellbeing policies, including substance‑misuse testing.

Required profile

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods at counters and gates.
• Successful completion of background, physical and drug screening.

Required skills

• Computer literacy – comfortable using airport‑specific software and systems.
