Part-Time Maintenance Technician

About the role

Greystar’s Bella Tess community is seeking a Part‑Time Maintenance Technician to deliver high‑quality service to residents and keep the property’s facilities in top condition. The role involves responding to resident requests, performing make‑ready work for new moves, and maintaining common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs, including appliance repairs, in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by executing the make‑ready process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with vendor management and coordinate external service providers.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative maintenance on building equipment.

Required profile

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
