Part-Time Key Holder

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Key Holder for its Outlets at the Dells location in Baraboo, WI. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create a memorable shopping experience by supporting sales, merchandising and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
• Assist the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and training staff.
• Support operational excellence by getting products to the floor, handling visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.
• Help create a positive shopping environment and lead key initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders as needed.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales performance goals.
• Follows store management directives and adheres to all company policies.
