Part-Time House Manager (15–20 hrs/week)

About the role

We are a blended family in Potomac, MD seeking a warm, dependable professional to help run our busy household. The role is part‑time (15–20 hours per week) and supports daily operations, upcoming renovations, and family travel.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily resets: light tidying, dishes, surfaces, and vacuum high‑traffic areas.
• Manage laundry and linen for the whole household, including dry‑clean drop‑offs.
• Maintain household inventory, coordinate deliveries via Instacart, Amazon, Costco and organize supplies.
• Support meal preparation: marinating proteins, chopping produce and light prep for 2–3 meals per week.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors, schedule visits, and act as point of contact during renovations.
• Assist with travel logistics, packing, unpacking and post‑travel organization.

Required profile

• Warm, dependable, and proactive with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude.
• Authorized to work in the United States and possesses reliable personal transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) and up‑to‑date on required vaccinations.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lb and navigate multiple flights of stairs.

What we offer
