Paralegal – Hybrid (New York)

About the role

Trustpilot is seeking an enthusiastic, tech‑savvy Paralegal to join its fast‑paced Legal team in New York City. You will support a broad range of commercial and corporate matters while working closely with the Commercial teams on US sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Legal team members with commercial, corporate and miscellaneous legal issues.
• Partner with Commercial teams to handle legal and contractual aspects of US sales.
• Respond to queries from colleagues and third parties, supporting day‑to‑day Legal operations.
• Perform legal administrative duties such as due‑diligence support, contract approvals and executions.
• Identify and implement innovative, automated processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Update standard processes, documentation and training materials for scalable stakeholder support.
• Conduct legal research and monitor changes to relevant laws and regulations.
