Outside Sales Account Manager – Industrial Service & Repair

About the role

Join K+S Services, a SunSource company, as an Outside Sales Account Manager focused on industrial service and repair sales in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. You will drive growth by maintaining existing relationships and acquiring new customers across a defined territory.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain current customers and obtain new customers in a defined geographic territory.
• Cold call and prospect for new business.
• Manage a book of open orders to ensure customers are informed and satisfied.
• Update CRM daily and design your schedule around an organized outside‑sales approach.
• Build relationships with customers at all levels of their organizations.
• Help solve customers' problems and keep industry running.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a 2‑year technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years of industrial sales experience in repair services, preferably with electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components.
• Demonstrated ability in opportunity qualification, pre‑call planning, account development and time management.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and ability to establish business relationships.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel overnight and lift items up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a CRM system.
