Outside Sales Account Manager - Industrial Component Service and Repair

About the role

In this role you will develop new business and manage relationships with existing customers in your assigned territory, offering a great opportunity for a driven salesperson to grow a well‑known industry leader’s footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Work with your manager to create a sales plan that develops new customers and maintains existing accounts.
• Build and maintain long‑term business relationships with customers.
• Conduct full‑cycle prospecting, including lead qualification, cold calls and sales presentations.
• Make regular in‑person sales calls to existing customers and new prospects.
• Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed goals.
• Utilize tools, resources and CRM to plan and manage time and territory.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, engineering or a 2‑year technical degree in an industrial discipline is preferred.
• 2+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably selling repair services for electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos or mechanical components.
• Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment is a plus.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel overnight and lift items up to 50 lb.
