OSS Consultant – Colorado Springs

About the role

The Infosys Engineering unit is seeking an OSS Consultant to join its team in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on delivering telecom‑specific engineering solutions, leveraging data‑first approaches, AI, and predictive analytics to improve service assurance and network performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and work with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific benchmarks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations, configurations, and draft standard operating procedures.
• Research third‑party OSS/BSS products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation activities, address issues during setup and integration, and support post‑implementation stability.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and coordination abilities with a focus on process optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
• Experience creating detailed process maps and technical documentation.
• Proactive approach to benchmarking and product research.
• Familiarity with system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
