Oracle SMC CPQ Consultant – Dallas, TX

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle SMC CPQ Consultant to join its Dallas team. You will work within the Oracle unit, helping clients design, customize, and integrate Oracle Cloud Subscription Management and CPQ solutions to drive business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and produce detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define solution architecture, lead customizations, and oversee integration efforts for Oracle Cloud Subscription Management and CPQ.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and develop critical software components with the development team.
• Create and manage integration workflows linking ERP systems to external applications, and lead large‑scale data migration initiatives.
• Apply performance‑optimization strategies for scalability, reliability, and user experience while ensuring compliance with security and industry standards.
• Document customizations thoroughly and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.
