Operations Planner

About the role

Roku is seeking a driven self‑starter to join its fast‑paced Operations Planning team supporting the hardware products business. As an Operations Planner you will act as an individual contributor, providing reporting, forecasting, supply‑demand analysis, and supporting the S&OP process.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain production build plans based on sales demand forecasts across Roku’s hardware product lines and supplier base.
• Lead weekly sales forecast and build‑plan reviews, generate reports and track performance against objectives to optimize supply‑demand planning.
• Review supply commitments against the build plan and adjust as needed to meet demand.
• Collaborate with Operations (Procurement, Logistics, COE), Sales, and Finance & Accounting to execute key initiatives.

Required profile

• Quantitatively driven and detail‑oriented.
• Strong problem‑solving expertise and comfortable analyzing large data sets.
• Thrives in cross‑functional environments where collaboration drives results.
