Operations Manager

About the role

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high‑performing store team, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence. The role blends people leadership, inventory stewardship, and process compliance to create an engaging shopping experience for beauty enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager to achieve top‑line sales and service goals.
• Manage store operations including realignments, planograms, cycle counts, damages, testers, RTV, DIF, and inventory adjustments.
• Analyze financial and operational reports, audit results, and store metrics to drive profitability and compliance.
• Develop staffing schedules aligned with forecast and payroll budgets, collaborating with the General Manager.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience and sales.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop retail teams in a fast‑paced environment.
