About the role
The Talent Advisor will lead initiatives that boost employee engagement, creativity, development and performance for our client in Romeoville. You will design and execute programs that improve retention, skill growth and communication while ensuring safety policies and process improvements are effectively communicated.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
- Implement programs that support redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.
- Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
- Drive and execute process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
- Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high-quality services to meet customer needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 2+ years of employee management, supervisory, or team-lead experience.
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
- Effective communication with multiple levels of management.
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
- Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as onboarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
