About the role
The Office Assistant (QAI) will be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and partners at our office. Working Monday‑Friday, you will manage the front desk, handle incoming communications, and provide essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide accurate information in‑person, by phone, or via email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized reception and common areas.
- Control access by monitoring the visitor logbook and issuing badges.
- Order and manage front‑office supplies, keeping inventory up to date.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Organise conference‑room bookings and monitor office equipment.
- Offer general administrative support across the organisation and perform ad‑hoc duties as needed.
Required profile
- Polite, courteous and efficient when interacting with clients and partners.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and assist various departments when required.
Required skills
- Ability to operate a phone system.
