Merchandiser – Sales & Brand Display

About the role

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage you will creatively showcase our beverage brands by building eye‑catching displays, managing inventory, and ensuring optimal product placement across retail locations. This full‑time, field‑focused position supports the Dunedin and New Port Richey area and offers a fun, family‑based culture with clear pathways for career growth in sales.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily merchandising activities in new and existing accounts, including stocking and rotating shelves.
• Build and maintain brand displays and manage POS materials.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising performance.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Continuously expand knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits to better serve customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and safely.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly.
