Merchandiser

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser supporting the Pinellas County/Clearwater area. You will be responsible for showcasing our beverage brands in retail locations, building displays, managing inventory, and ensuring product placement aligns with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking and rotating shelves.
• Build and maintain attractive product displays and manage POS materials.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and share feedback with the sales team.
• Identify brand and category opportunities, expand shelf and cold‑box facings, and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Continuously grow knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits for both brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and follow safe interaction guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Must be 21 years or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly.
