Medical Equipment Setup & Customer Service Representative

About the role

This position is responsible for setting up and maintaining CPAP and Respiratory Assist Devices (RAD) for patients, both at the center and in their homes. The role also handles equipment cleaning, supply coordination, compliance monitoring, and on‑call support to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform CPAP/RAD and oxygen equipment setups in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide patients with clear instructions on safe and proper equipment use.
• Clean and sanitize returned rental equipment according to policy.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse/storage area.
• Monitor CPAP/RAD and mdINR compliance reports and follow up with non‑compliant patients.
• Process patient requests for supplies, verify insurance, and arrange shipment.
• Manage the center’s oximetry process.
• Adhere to company safety, OSHA, and emergency procedures.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and serve as backup during absences.
• Represent the company with a professional appearance and patient‑focused demeanor.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for home visits.
• Willingness to work on‑call schedules as required.
• Professional appearance and strong patient‑care orientation.
• Ability to follow documented policies and regulatory guidelines.
