Marketing & PR Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & PR Operations Coordinator to support high‑volume influencer and celebrity partnerships for Schwarzkopf Professional. This hybrid role (two days onsite) will ensure all contracted deliverables are executed accurately, on time, and in line with brand, PR, and social priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operational tasks for influencer and celebrity contracts, tracking service day usage, PR and social deliverables.
• Maintain detailed trackers, calendars, and proof‑of‑performance documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and follow‑ups with talent, agents, and internal teams.
• Support one‑off PR opportunities such as sponsorships, broadcast moments, and red‑carpet activations.
• Handle PR deliverables including interviews, salon appointments, quotes, and testimonials.
• Oversee social content timelines across platforms, managing submissions, approvals, revisions, and posting confirmations.
• Assist with travel coordination, product shipments, gifting, and event preparation.
• Process invoices, documentation, and reconciliation tied to influencer and talent execution.
• Provide regular status updates to Talent Managers and flag risks early.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2‑4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, PR, or project management.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confidence interacting with talent, agents, and internal teams.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Instagram.
• Working knowledge of TikTok.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using project management tools.

• Competitive hourly rate of $30‑$35.
• Fixed‑term 1‑year contract.
• Hybrid work schedule (2 days onsite in Culver City).
