Marketing & Creative Design Manager

About the role

The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville is seeking a Marketing & Creative Design Manager to lead multimedia and design initiatives that support the institution’s research, outreach, and brand objectives. This fixed‑term position works on a day‑shift schedule and is based on the Fayetteville campus.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with university goals.
• Create and oversee design assets, multimedia content, and visual communications.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative units to ensure consistent branding.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and external vendor relationships.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to student employees and graduate assistants involved in design work.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work on a day‑shift schedule.
• Experience in higher‑education or similar institutional environments is preferred.
