About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, digitally fluent Marketing Coordinator to join a fast‑paced, performance‑driven team in the United States. In this remote role you will support pipeline growth through coordinated campaigns, content distribution, and automation while leveraging AI‑powered tools to scale operations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute pipeline‑focused campaigns and track performance against marketing and revenue goals.
- Manage end‑to‑end email marketing workflows in HubSpot, including setup, testing, scheduling, and automation.
- Publish, schedule, and maintain SEO‑aligned content across blogs, websites, and third‑party platforms.
- Oversee social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X) – scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Build and optimize AI‑driven marketing agents and automation workflows.
- Support event and conference logistics, including branded materials and swag.
- Monitor campaign and channel performance, contributing to reporting and insights.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and automation technologies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, content, or digital operations, preferably B2B.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑starter mindset comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Required skills
- HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform)
- Microsoft 365
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – optional but preferred
- Familiarity with scheduling tools – optional
