Manager, Software Engineering – AI Integration & Agentic Analytics

About the role

Lead analytics engineers in turning AI from experimentation into trusted, production‑grade capabilities while ensuring security and governance. This role shapes AI‑driven engineering productivity and business decision‑making across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of analytics engineers, data engineers and AI developers.
• Champion adoption of enterprise AI technologies such as AI agents, multi‑agent workflows, LLM orchestration and autonomous reporting.
• Drive technical strategy and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, collaborating with product, architecture, security and business stakeholders.
• Lead integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, financial platforms, CRM, SaaS, event‑driven and streaming architectures).
• Oversee modern ETL/ELT pipelines, lakehouse architectures, data quality, governance and observability.
• Deliver enterprise reporting solutions, semantic models and AI‑powered natural language querying for finance and executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Significant experience leading technical engineering teams and delivering enterprise data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
