Manager, Resident Consultants

About the role

The Resident Consultant team works closely with Samsara’s enterprise customers to understand their unique challenges and help them extract continuous business value from the Connected Operations™ Cloud platform. As the Manager of this team, you will lead a group of Resident Consultants, scale the service offering, and ensure high‑impact outcomes for customers across industries such as transportation, construction, and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Resident Consultants.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance customer adoption, advocacy, and renewal.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional product and engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of service processes and metrics.
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal planning and product roadmaps.

Required profile

• Passion for impacting industries that rely on physical operations.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a growth orientation.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with both customers and internal teams.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (excluding listed metro areas) or Canada.
