About the role
Lenovo is seeking a Manager, Global Events to lead the planning, ideation and execution of worldwide PR experiential events. You will work closely with senior leadership, brand, product marketing and external partners to create immersive experiences that showcase Lenovo’s technology and brand story.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end planning and execution of global product launches, trade shows, Lenovo‑hosted events and internal leadership summits.
- Contribute creative concepts that translate product key selling points into memorable experiential experiences.
- Research, source, visit and book venues that align with creative vision, audience needs and operational requirements.
- Manage hotel room blocks for senior leadership and global staff.
- Coordinate event‑related meetings, travel, transportation and logistics with executive admins.
- Oversee on‑site execution to ensure seamless experiences for guests, leadership and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Brand, Social Media, Product Marketing and external partners to keep events on‑brand and integrate partner messaging.
- Create and maintain global event toolkits that enable regional teams to replicate and localize events.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing large‑scale, global events or experiential marketing programs.
- Strong ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and project‑management capabilities.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering immersive, storytelling‑driven experiences.
