Manager, Corporate Treasury – Treasury Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for its Treasury Solutions team in New York. The role will bridge Corporate Treasury with product, technology and business teams to shape the next generation of foreign‑exchange capabilities that power cross‑border, cross‑currency payments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Corporate Treasury and product development, technology, and business units, providing subject‑matter expertise on FX capabilities.
• Assist in ideation and design of new FX products and solutions based on customer needs and market trends.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of financial, operational, customer and system impacts of cross‑border initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations & Technology teams to define product requirements and drive project objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements for authorization, clearing and settlement of cross‑currency transactions.
• Support preparation of Treasury product and service revenue forecasts and reporting for FP&A planning.
• Analyze cross‑border transaction data to generate insights on revenue drivers and inform strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience working in corporate treasury, foreign‑exchange, or cross‑border payments environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate financial and operational impacts.
• Proven ability to collaborate with global functions such as technology, product, settlement, and legal.
• Leadership potential and interest in growth within finance, product development, or regional business functions.
