Management Consultant – Life Sciences MedTech Supply Chain

About the role

Accenture Consulting is seeking a Management Consultant to join its rapidly growing MedTech Supply Chain practice within the Life Sciences sector. The role will support global pharmaceutical, biotech, medical‑technology and consumer‑health clients in transforming end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations to become more patient‑centric and growth‑enabling.

Key responsibilities

• Support diverse, global Accenture teams delivering MedTech and supply‑chain projects, leveraging AI‑enabled strategies and coaching.
• Lead sub‑workstreams and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain effective communications to manage client relationships and drive project excellence.
• Assist in sales origination, opportunity development and delivery for MedTech supply‑chain and manufacturing transformations.
• Apply industry, functional and technical knowledge to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Travel up to 75 % of the time to client locations worldwide.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Life Sciences management consulting or industry, preferably in supply‑chain, manufacturing, engineering or related areas (e.g., CMOs, health‑technology companies).
• Bachelor’s degree; a degree in science, supply‑chain, engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of MedTech manufacturing and supply‑chain processes.
• Strong analytical, communication and client‑engagement capabilities.
