Maintenance Technician – The Mix at CTR City

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support The Mix at CTR City in Anaheim. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety and code requirements.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks across the property.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Track inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, and communicate re‑order needs to the supervisor.
• Document all service activities accurately and promptly.
• Maintain common areas and amenities by trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting of curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with Entrata or other property‑management systems is preferred.
• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility for business needs.
