Maintenance Technician – The Exchange at Bayfront

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of The Exchange at Bayfront – a stabilized mid‑rise community of 172 units – remain clean, safe, and fully functional. You will respond to resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance to keep the property operating at Greystar’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Diagnose the source or cause of mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a commitment to delivering an exceptional resident experience.
• Availability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM, with on‑call duties as needed.
