Maintenance Technician – San Carlo Townhomes

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the San Carlo Townhomes community safe, functional, and attractive. This full‑time position supports a lease‑up property of 472 units, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance across the property.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and make repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and materials used.
• Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize urgent issues.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Experience in lease‑up environments or with Happy Co preferred.
• Ability to work Wednesday‑Sunday, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility for business needs.
